Payments Bank Cheques or Money Orders. Bookings
must be confirmed within 10 days by a 50% deposit. Balance
or full amount must be paid 1 month prior to commencement
date of rental
Bond payment and refund A $500 bond will be charged
prior to commencement of rental; to be refunded after the
apartment has been checked.
Arrival & departure times After 3pm on date of arrival.
Before 10am on date of departure
Cleaning and rubbish collection Prior to departure
dishes must be washed, all rubbish taken to the Otto-bin
situated at the bottom of the driveway, with recyclables
in black baskets supplied. Charges may apply in case of
breakages, extra cleaning or rubbish left in unit
